1. Agreement

Space Capital Group is called “Space Capital Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we do
Space Capital Group helps small businesses get funded. We review your application and work with you to find funding that fits your business.
3. Applications and funding decisions
Sending an application is a request for review. It is not an approval and not a commitment to fund. Every request is subject to review, verification, and approval. Funding amounts, costs, repayment terms, and timing depend on your business and are set out in a separate written agreement if an offer is made. Read every agreement carefully before you sign it.
4. Fees
Any fees, costs, and repayment terms are set out in your written funding agreement before you sign it.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- You are authorized to act for the business you apply for.
- The information and documents you send us are true, complete, and current.
- You will tell us promptly if any of that information changes.
- You will not send information about another person or business without their permission.
6. Electronic communications
You agree that we may send you notices, documents, and messages about your request electronically, including by email. Calls and texts using automated technology are sent only if you agreed to them on the application, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
7. Third-party services
The Site may link to or use services run by others, such as Trustpilot. Those services follow their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, decisions, or practices.
8. Site content
The text, logos, images, and design of the Site belong to Space Capital Group or are used with permission. You may not copy, change, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site to:
- send false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- pretend to be another person or business;
- send spam or automated submissions;
- interfere with the Site, its security, or other users;
- break any law.
We may block access or reject submissions when we see misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated Terms apply.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separate signed funding agreement are the full agreement about your use of the Site.
